is there anyway to remove the spawn time from the hud when spectators are watching
so teams dont take advantage of ettv

no point. specs can just call out spawns when they see them.
hide the roundtimer? if the players know the delay, they can still call it out.
and it's not hard to figure out delays, even if you don't announce it to the spectators. just have a player do something, call it out to a spec, and the spec will notify the player when they see it.
you can already defeat this though. ettv_delay 900
