spam protection in ettv?

i know with beta7 ettv chat passwords was brought to ettv
but what makes ettv nice i think is the ability to chat while watching a match

but with that comes ppl who abuse the chat/spam it
is there any way to incorporate some kinda of spam chat protection like how shrub handled it

If the ETTv is _b4 or above you can use /ignore <viewer number> (I think)

You can get the viewers number by typing /viewers in the console, so just ignore that spammy guy...

an automatic protection like x lines in x seconds would be usefull imo

aren't ettv servers set up to use mod stuff... eg. just use etpro's spam protection if you're watching an etpro game???

My slave reports b_floodMaxCommands 4 (default is 4). However wether or not it actually does something is something else.
