feature request: fireteam display

It would be nice if ettv viewers could see the fireteam huds for both teams, to see who is alive, who lost spawn etc.
And maybe also show the spawntimer for both teams, for example the allies timer in blue and the axis timer in red (like the one that appears with the timerset/resettimer commands)
