ETTV Bug on command map

Hi,
I was just watching a CB EC match (d vs. p5, 6on6) when I saw this:
bug on the command map. It lasted for a few seconds (2-3) maybe, some of the player icons were not moving. If you need it, I have a demo (only client-side though).
