OK I need some help

OK Hi I just got this server up and I need to know how do you get the spy's to change customs quickly and how do I get like when your dead and a medic comes a revises u how do I get it so you don't have to wait like 2-3 seconds after they revive u to move please get back to me.

don't remember the exact syntax, but i believe it's either:
b_spy 2
or
g_spy 2
for the quick change spy... the medic thing is the same in et but i don't remember that either

OK one more question you know how you can do /rcon status can you make status a command in semiadmin? like I am trying to make semiadmin level one be able to do that so does anyone know if it would work?

no, things that get directed to console can't be redirected to semiadmin

not sure in shrub, (which why would you even ask that here) but in etpro you use the team_maxmines x setting
