I know a enemy spawn timer cfg exists for OSP, but is there one for bani mod? Do you all consider this a cheat?

there is none for banimod (like the etpro one), but no they're not cheats

There is one for banimod, which you have to know the axis and allies spawn rates for each map (because this spawn script was originally written for osp), and then write them into each one of the script files before executing. A lot of work but worked perfectly. I haven't played rtcw in 6 months and erased all rtcw related stuff so cant help you there, but if you google it you will find it. That's how I had found it.
