LTs to drop airstrikes if holding when killed/gibbed

Greets,

Currently, all players drop their current weapon when gibbed; allowing others to pick them up and use them (including dynomite, I have discovered).

I suggest that, if an LT is gibbed, *and* is holding an airstrike at the time of gib; that the airstrike be released, and is active.

... Affirmative, on my way.! -boom-

Makes killing an LT that much more effective; as he will have a tendancy to take out his own troops with the airstrike upon gib.

the only way a grenade will go off if it's dropped is if it was being primed by the dead player before he fell... so it'd only make sence for a dropped primed airstrike to go off... but you can't prime an airstrike

Yeah, it's cool. Everytime you pop out and scare a covert ops, they drop an ass grenade.

And believe me, it's primed.

:P
