alright, somebody came into the oc16 servers today posing as -[x]-death, but when badman connected you took off the -[x]- tag and then was just death, later on he was getting annoying so he got stfu'd say all types of shit, thats when the name spamming started....

obviously he is the one named 'this', i wouldn't have had a problem with him and prolly wouldn't have reported him if he didn't follow us into other servers, shimano and i went into oc32 next, where death/newbee, whatever his name is, took shimano's name, i didn't get a condump there, but i got a pick, he said he was gonna follow me and shimano around unless we don't complain, i told him i wasn't going to complain until he came in and took the name of shimano, listen, i dunno if there is a way to ban him for a week or 2, but i don't think a permanent ban is in order, yes he did piss off everyone in oc32 and in oc16, but if he only gets banned for like 2 weeks, he'll learn his lesson: [This] [559fac4f802b9dea1800e8ac788c473b]

Temporary bans, don't think Bani is into that kind of mickey mouse detail. Has he given semi-admins authority for things like that? Anyway, the name changes you show in your dump look annoying but must be within the parameters Bani allows on the server. I think he did something to inhibit name animation.

Anyway, I asked a long time ago if Bani would consider banning someone for something like faking clan membership or assuming another player's name. He did not respond. I would assume the answer is no, unless somehow a set demos and/or condumps could show this was repeated and caused problems.

It is frustrating, but usually jerks get tired of messing around like that....

all i was saying was, a guy named -[x]-Death was how it got started, i don't know who that is or anything, but he renamed to Death when Badman entered, which i thought was wierd unless he wasn't really in -[x]-, he started to get annoying, verbally so we stfu'd him, thats when the 10 minutes of name spamming occured, we kicked him, he came back, kicked him again, he came back, by this time shimano and i decided to go to oc32, cause we were in oc16 b4, anyway, right before we left oc16 is when he started taking clan members names and shit, thats why we left, well he obviously had pathfinder or ASE or something cause within 2 minutes of connecting to oc32 (which was pm'd that we were going there), he was in there with shimano's name, ppl were getting pissed, he got kicked like 4 times, finally i took a scrnsht along with several others, and we told him to rename or he'd get reported, finally he renamed to Newbee, i still have no clue whom that is, but that is what he renamed to, within 3 mins he renamed back to shimano, so shimano and i went to a different game entirely so that he wouldn't find us

I see this is about 2 1/2 weeks old. I see the guid there. I will compare that to the guid of our -[x]-Death. If it is the same, he will be kicked. But just for the record, our -[x]-Death plays mostly ET.
