ETPro Mapscript outdated?

ETPro Mapscript outdated?
ETPro fixed that bug on oasis where you could sink into the ground at the old city spawn. If I am not mistaking, this has been fixed by SD in v2.60, but the annoying shit-i-am-blocked-by-something-invisible-fix in the etpro mapscript is still there. shouldn't that be removed?
