Please integrate ET_Tourney Hud

PLease integrate the Et_tourney hud! i dont like your hudmods but et_tourny's is perfect!

For example the extra line for demo rec

just do it - thx :)

the problem is tourney is from shrob not bani so it would be stealing

Isn't the new one pretty close to the ET Tourney one? What's wrong with it? However, I also _really_ would love to see the missing chatline at the bottom so it's not overwritten by the recording message. Also please move the roundtime somewhere else when using the different timer position with b_althudflags 1 for the same reason. :)

A cvar has been added to adjust the Y offset of the HUD, so that it can be moved out of the way of the retardedly-placed demo info line.

It'll be in the next release that happens (test or otherwise.) Hopefully, we can do one more beta test once we merge in the changes from the new patch, and then do a final release.

use b_althud 2 or 3 or 4 one of those will move the round timer
