Hello!

I like to ask bani, if it's possible to add an new, alternative HUD (b_althud "x") to one of the next releases of etpro!

I love the HUD in RTCW and so I did a modified screenshoot, how I like to play ETpro!

Take a look here!

Is this possible?

My only requested change to the althuds would be an option to show ammo and reserve ammo numbers in a much larger font (RtCW large). I like the layout options already

well on the bate test serv they now got
b_althud 1 - b_althud 5 and it is sad that it should look like rtcw hud ..

but not realy

like the compass still at the left side

looks good, there's a similar mock-up in this thread

For me the main things are option to have the compass in the centre and reduced spacing between the console entries and obituaries.

well you cna try to get inot the test team posting in etpro news forum and then if you make it in you get access to the test server

Something simple I guess, but being able to set the inital zoom rate for the compass (as mentioned by Hiro) would be excellent. Every time I play ET I have to change the compass zoom - just a small thing, but would be nice to include if it's not too much trouble.

I've put:

set b_althud 2
set b_althudflags 2

in my *.cfg file (not server.cfg) in the directory etmain, BUT he doesn't change it, it is still the look of the default view.
Put i this in the wrong *.cfg or something ????

normaly it should work inside etconfig.cfg else joni na etpro server open console and type /seta b_althud 2 and /seta b_althudflags 2 this would work

Back to the subject: I think this, would be also one of the best solutions (any other mod, don't know which).
