Nades/Tank

I've noticed that sometimes you can throw a nade on the moving tank and nothing happens. No boom, no damage, just silence. Has anyone else witnessed this?

Yes
I think it had something to do with the way the movers were made. Also had something to do with the track-switch setting off all the mines placed around it.
