Skill upgrades keep going and going and going

I was playing on a server earlier today running etpro 3.0.1 (all i play on is etpro). Whenever I got upgrades, like Engineering skill level 1, it would just flash the message over and over again. I figured it was a server specific problem so i continued to play. Now, when i went back to play on another server.. the same thing happens.. it happens on all etpro servers now when i get an upgrade. What's wrong?
Here is a demo, but I dont know if itll show it for you guys.. i get an upgrade with about 10 minutes and 15 seconds left on that demo so you can fast forward..
