mortar cooperation

Post by cade »

hi,

I havent found similar question, so I'll ask:

is it possible for soldier with mortars to see on the command map other mortar
hits in the team?

let's say with the same mark but a bit lighter/dimmer/transparent. I'd agree with
limitations like for example only for 4th level heavy weapons to have this...

thanks.

this can be more easily aided by good communication; in competition i really never see the point in multiple mortars, unless you're having a 32v32 ;/

looks like we will argue about the "point" :/

when it comes to maps, seeing something is better than anything else...

let me rephrase then, let's suppose battle sense 4th level can see team mortars
hits on the map, this will save the communication "fire in the hole/beware the shell"
and looking at the sky :)

still marks should differ than the mortar original one...

imo given as how ET Pro is for clan match play, very few clans in a 6v6 are gonna want to field 2 morta's, even fewer are going to be allowed to as 99% of leagues limit to only 1 mortar, this feature tbh isnt that much needed.

first of all it looks like you haven't read the replies above!

second, why you all insist that etpro should be used only by legues for torunaments?!

to know where your mortar aims (if you are 4th level battle sense) looks quite usual,
don't you think?

It isn't non-sense, nor off topic.

You brought up a point about how" You all insist that etpro should be used only by legues for torunaments?!" He replied with an answer that is on topic and makes perfect sense.

it is really nonsense to argue if this mod is for competition or public servers.
you know perfectly that it is used on public servers with great success!

there are more replies about the "purpose of the mod" here than about the
initial feature request! this requires moderator action...

I understand if you need to quarrel with someone but not me, please.
thank you and goodbye!
