Different Fonts

Would it be possible to include a cvar like b_font so you can change the font ingame? It's obviously only for aesthetics but it'd still be cool, in RtCW you have something similar with ch_font. It'd be nice if you had an option of 4/5 different fonts to use like Tahoma etc.
