If b_althudflags is set to 0-3, the popups can be moved using b_hudyoffset (compass etc will move also). Setting b_althudflags to 4+, the popups remain in the top left corner, while the compass etc will move, using b_hudyoffset.
In other words, it appears the popups are locked in place if b_althudflags is set to 4+. Preferably it would be good if they moved, along with everything else, if b_hudyoffset is changed.
I hope I have explained that well enough.
b_althudflags / b_hudyoffset

I personally think it should stay as it is. I can't think of any real advantage if the popups in the left top corner would move along with b_hudyoffset, but I definately can think of 1 big disadvantage: one can't make a config anymore with only the crosshair and the popups in the left corner showing (a configuration used a lot when rendering movies).
