fps suggestion
not a big priority, but something you could do that would help people with crappy machines squeeze out a few more frames would be b_impactpuffs 0/1 to disable those little white puffs of dust when hitting other players. nearly every effect made up of tris can be disabled except that one, and those puffs are a whole lotta tris on the screen, especially in a big battle.
another one is the "trail" made by a thrown grenade. even less vital, but something to consider..

yea, and this is only a few examples of what could be left out (optionally). I know about strugglin with fps, and it aint funny... that laggy feelin can drive you mad.. >< , luckily im blessed with a good system these days..

Once PB does that, make r_wolffog defualt 0.

Infact, screw PB, make r_wolffog do nothing and get b_wolffog controling the fog and set to default.

not really a matter for etpro anyway. once pb removes the game integrity kick for fog, leagues can force it off on maps which use it (radar, railgun, oasis, etc) like they do with foliage on radar already.

r_ stands for renderer, which is in the engine, and so its behavior cannot be changed by mods. Note that some graphic tweaks are controlled by cg_ which means cgame (= client game) and so can be changed by mods.Bartichello wrote:r means grafic tweaks... r_overbrightbits r_picmip...
In other words, etpro can't change the r_wolffog to do nothing. It's up to pb to lift their hard-coded restriction.
