Missing spawn flags on Command map

oke i finally reinstalled older drivers.. and that did actaully work. =/

It only happens with 91.31, haven't tried the 91.33 beta yet, but given that the problem disappears when you're logged in as shoutcaster, perhaps there's more to it than just a driver glitch.

Edit: To update, the problem disappears when you're shoutcaster and in freecam, as soon as you follow a player the icons disappear again.
