Probably it was just very hard to notice. It's a "step" acceleration, if you move the mouse faster than a certain treshold mouse speed gets doubled. Sometimes (depending on your mouse) this treshold is a very low or very high speed and you practically can't see the acceleration (I realized the problem only when I changed mouse)ouroboro wrote:I never had accel in Linux...
Then again I've never had the "built-in accel" of Windows, either. I think everyone else is just unlucky or something.
