Is it possible to move spawntimer window to another place (on the left up corner) ?
How to change the location of spawntimer?

Move it, yes. To upper left corner, don't think so.

I understood you just fine. And my answer was: You can move it, but you can not move it to the upper left corner.

I wouldn't know the difference

But you can't move it to the upper right corner either, so the answer would be the same.
