And when I set it too internet I have to run to wolfs.

ok this is where swat kenny(recomended) or duke'ku will come in handy but you should only have to set your guid as the admin and it should let you

You can always try using rcon, although that might be harder than just switching to the server console for a bit.

Ok. I don't know if anyone can join you when you first install RTCW and select dedicated no. But I use the same folder for dedicated internet and dedicated no. So people can join me when I have dedicated set to no. All my server settings run, even the banners, when I run dedicated no. When someone joins, it will show you in the top left corner. I have even had someone download a map from me while I had dedicated set to no. Interesting. If you set a password, it will kind of scroll that someone is trying to join. I guess it keeps pinging you until they go back to the join game screen. Funny. Reminds me of Cheech and Chong. I hear you knockin but you can't come in.
