Artillery fire at Oldcrows Instagib...

just today, artillery fire was enabled on oldcrows instagib servers, and now its impossible to walk outside and not get bombed... everyone wants to be a lieutenant and its quite frustrating to get gibbed as soon as you set foot out of a bunker

bani, could you perhaps limit the number of lieutenants allowed per team?
