The max rate is 99999, I know but you have maybe a crack or a solution to increase this value? I need it for a lan party.

I use both of them but I see always users on the server with "rate 25000". How can I set the maxrate effective?
Do you now about some useful network setting for a server with aDSL 2048/352 line? I can download from the server with 30-32 kilo. What do you mean, how many clients can I have on this server?
