Just curious, what flavor/version of Linux does everyone prefer for running a RTCW server? Why?

If alexjones8194 had a penis it would be called "useless." Reason being is all it would be good for is him stepping on it.

I thought about going to Linux, until I saw that I had to follow 40 pages of instructions to install a graphics card and driver.
I need to get paid for that kind of excrusiating pain.

If you are going for redhat, you may as well get mandrake. It has all the updated RPMs that redhad doesn't. Plus they release it about a month after that latest version of redhat so that everything is up to date. Also suse is a very good choice too. BUt then you don't get the ease of RPMs. DerKammisar, installing the drivers is really alot easier than those stupid docs make it look. All you have to do is copy 2 files and make reference to them in anther file so that it sees them when lilo boots.

Then try suse, mandrake is the exact same thing as redhat just with updates.
