team switching bug

Server: OC32 instagib goldrush

I tried to switch teams, but a strange banner came up.

Something like:

"You cannot switch teams so soon after teamkilling."

I started to record a demo, but it worked once i was recording .

I believe this has happened to others as well.

The same thing happened to me when i tried to join a game from spectator mode. How can a spectator teamkill ?

Had the same banner come up for me too yesterday, but I wasn't even trying to switch teams? hmm...
