/vsay wah

this is a small bug i have noticed, when you try /vsay wah while you are tapped out and waiting to spawn, it will appear but you cant hear it(i assume others can). but while youare tapped out and try /vsay oh for example, you will hear it. so, basically, you cant hear the voice part while you are tapped out. im not sure if this has been fixed, its just something i noticed.

That happens on all vsays.
