Thing that should be fixed IN MY OPINION

1. If your an engineer with 4 star eng rank,your flak jacket shuold carry over to other classes

2. Ammo and Health packs shoudl be thorw a little farther becuase it cause giving ur self ammo and health

3. Let the admin change the intermison time (Secs left to next map

4. AKimbo pistols don't give XP (fix)

5. Give the Akimbo pistols next respawn after awared

6. After firing a panzer, smetimes it doesn't switch to pistol

7. Don't allow voting in intermission

8. If airstrikes results in "Too many airstikes requested" , restore the bar to it's oringal state

IDEAS:

Field Ops doesn't have binoculars until 1 battle sense that can call artilery

Auto kick Lamdmines Complainers

When you have 4 battle sense with Trap Awareness let anyone spot mines for teammates (realistic)

Allow any weapon pickups (i.e. MEdic with Panzer)

(MIGHT WANT TO CREATE A CVAR FOR THIS) Automaticly disallow any teammate to kill a teamate covert ops in disguise



PLease look at these and don't ingnore them

this would be a bad idea... what if a tker put landmines right outside the spawn so when you left you had to hit the landmine????

My client crashed on the "etpro" server, first time I've had that happen in ET.

- Skill carryover from lvl3 covops to SMGs and MG42s. Unless Splashdamage claims this is a feature ? Getting lvl3 covops turns all these weapons into rapridfire railguns, which doesn't seem like a good idea.
- Also heavy weaposn -> sten.
- Selecting Akimbo or SMG as secondary.
- Improved spread showing up at lvl4 light weapons, instead of lvl3 ?
- Getting out weapon instead of detonator or pliers when dropping dynamite or satchel.

- autoselection doesn't work on battery

If you are truely aiming for a competition mod, I don't see why a client download would be problem. A certain other competition mod I can think of had one, and downloading is somewhat improved in ET.

Yeah, that. Looking closer, that seems to be a map script bug (or feature) anyway. I just missed it the first time I looked. :roll:

Another slightly lame thing is that (using the UI at least) you can't select to spawn at the flag before it becomes available. For flags that changes hands quickly, like battery, that is lame. In RTCW, you could select your spawn at any time, and if the flag became available, you would spawn there.

The whole spawn selection system in ET is pretty lame actually.

Ok i get level 4 soldier have a panzer. I Dont get machinegu n till i selct it in L (bug). Then i get to level 4 light weapons and should get akimbo.
I dont. So i think i have to select in L again. I select it. Then i have sakimbo but no machine. I try to select machine gun, next spawn i have machine gun but no akimbo , not even single pistol. This is so stupid.
Anyone know a way of getting around this?

the 4 havey goes over the akimbo pistols :/ that should be fixed

Most of things in the IDEAS section are straight from shrubET, and bani already said in the IRC channel that he isn't gonna implement a lot of them. He might allow the feature to pick up any weapon, though.

Also, I would like to heavily agree with you on Number 2. I find it frustrating when I am trying to heal somebody and I keep healing myself... >< I don't agree with Number 8, as that will allow even more LT spamming. Number 3, 4, 5, and 6 are ok. I don't care much for number 1. Bani will probably only add that to bayonET, if he adds it at all.

i think about every map editor should have removed them there probely only a few maps left whit target_location intineties

i also removed them from hy map :roll:
