I'd suggest avoiding "ET Pro mode" as people might think it was related to q3 promode (AKA CPMA).

The competition mod will be extremely stream-lined. It will only include the basic functions and features that will benefit clans and tournaments. The public bayonET mode will be the one that has all the fun stuff, like new game modes and diving on grenades to save teammates. Basically, bayonET will include all the new features, while ET Pro will contain fixes and balancing issues to make ET more tournament friendly.
