oke i was playing around whit mine and here a few thing i found.

if a teamate shoves you on a spotted mine (so he know it is there) it, counts as a normal dead not as a teamkill.

you cant spot a mine if your line of sight goes throgh a inviable map clip. thne you will see the mine but i wont spot it.

if you step on a mine it smokes and its revealed then you can wait for an engineer to defuse it. but ik you get killed on the mine it will stay in same state revealed and ready to blow up but it wont blow unless an other person steps on it again

i've had the exact opposite happen... i use it to kill enemy... i'll die on a landmine and wait to tap out till an enmy is in range then tap out and the mine goes off in his face
