server crash when loading twl/twl-sw/cal

This appears to be an engine bug.

If you start your server with sv_maxclients < 20, then it will crash when you load the twl/twl-sw/cal tournament settings.

Temporary workaround - start your server with sv_maxclients 20

well bani has a fix for etrpo 2.0.0 already
