RCON + SERVER (ETPRO NEEDED???)

I want to use the code b_levels_engineer "10 20 30 40"
but it gives an error... :

Invalid command or cvar. Use 'say' to display message to server.

this one...

now i've heard you probabebly need ETPRO... can someone help, because I don't know how to make an etpro server...

That is an ETPro cvar.
You can only use it with ETPro.
If you do not have ETPro download it from the mainpage.
And install it.
If you do not know how, read the how to.

You need to download the newest etpro release.

http://etpro.anime.net <-- you must already have been there

1. unzip this package
2. connect to server via ftp
3. create directory parrallel to etmain and call it etpro
4. copy files from your unzipped etpro directory to remote etpro directory
5. edit server.cfg and thing for your plaesure. read example.cfg for new ideas.
6. if you have access to startline of server edit it : add a "+set fs_game etpro" . If you do not have access you may ask your provider to do so.

also read etpro documentation forum for more information or use the search function. This has more than once be explained.
