Pro vs Shrub

I like the EtPros options and all that it has, but the commands seem harder to remember than Shrubs' commands. It would be cool if EtPro had some of the commands like Shrub does, like !pip, !lol, and a few other ones I can't think of. In EtPro I don't really see why it has semiadmins because a selected referee could do the same stuff as them. What do you guys think? Anyone want to enligthen me on the semidmin/referee stuff?

semiadmin can do any rcon command that the admin has given them, things like !lol should never exist, but things like !kick woudln't be bad... afaik et admin mod lets you use compatible commands
