This happens because the spawn at the Abandoned Villa is closer to the Command post then the spawn at the Forward Bunker. So, when the CP is destroyed, you will fall back to the Abandoned Villa. You should set the spawn to #5 (Lower Warehouse) instead of selecting the Command Post directly. This way you will spawn at the CP when it is available and spawn in the Bunker when it is blown.
My spawn script for Allies on Radar only toggles between default spawn (#0) and the Lower Warehouse (i.e. Command Post via #5).

Thanks yeah I figuered them all out but like and ass I didn't check when I first set them up and it screwed me over in a match :( All is good now :)
