I think you'd have to get a big budget so you can buy private hacks and submit them to bani. Public hacks are quickly detected by PB.
Our servers now run on 64 bit steroids. Point your ET to:
- Forgotten Ground StopWatch Server with occasional wolfrof 1
- Fraggle Rock ETPub Server - Mix up ET/UT & Duke Nukem

bring client example.cfg up to date
i think it would be a better idea not ONLY put the new example.cfg in the .pk3 file :lol:

/etpro/example.cfg is the one from oct 2005

That's the server example. The client example is the one in the .pk3. I think it's a bit un-intuitive, but once you know, you know. Still, it should probably be something like example_server.cfg in the etpro folder and example_client.cfg in the .pk3.

If you have ASE you can make a filter like so:

Code: Select all

1 if servertype != "RTCW" remove
2 if protocol != "84" remove
3 if game ~!= "etpro" remove
4 if mod_version != "3.2.6" remove
There are only 11 servers as of this post...

HarryHirsch: ouroboro is correct. However, thanks for reminding us that we should update the server example.cfg too :D

I've tried connecting to your server but I can't. I get as far as "Awaiting gamestate..." but it just hangs there. The console says "PunkBuster Client: Connected to Server 207.111.203.70:27964" as well. It just never gets to the MOTD. I saw that it's an ETTV server, and I've had the same problem with some ETTV broadcast servers in the past.

Edit: There's another 3.2.6/ETTV server (same version as yours) @ 83.243.82.88:27970 and I can connect there fine. Now I'm thinking you blocked my IP. :cry: :x :lol:

Is it worth adding the new/adjusted cvars to here:

http://wolfwiki.anime.net/index.php/ETP ... _cvar_list

and/or here

http://wolfwiki.anime.net/index.php/Client_cvar_list

or might it be best to wait untill it reachs a final, in case there's a change (ie. they get removed or adjusted, others get added).
