master crash: com_hunkmegs 128 and sv_maxclients 64

if i start a master server with +set sv_maxclients "64" (and needed +set com_hunkmegs "128") when i try to connect slave server my master crashes with this log:

ETTV Slave 0 connecting with 29 challenge ping
Forcing disconnect on active client: 64

dont think this is an ettv bug

i heard something about servers crashing when accessing invalid client id's with lua - this could be happening for the same reason and i think it was fixed in cvs
