Hi, does anyone here have a good trickjump config that he is willing to give?

You could use this: trickjump.config or change it to your needs.

I wouldn't use b_fixedphysicsfps 333...

i wouldnt even use b_fixedphysics 1

That depends on the purpose of the server. b_fixedphysics 1 should be used when practicing jumps on "normal" maps imho, though some TJ maps may require (or at least be a lot easier) with pmove_fixed.

Right, we want to restrict the hardest jumps to people who can actually get 333 fps, and whose connection is good enough that they can do so without lagging themselves out.

It is a valid point that some people consider 333 fps to be cheating as far as tjing goes in general. If you want to restrict the jumps to what normal people can do with normal server settings, this fixedphysicsfps 333 probably isn't the right choice.

Fixedphysics doesn't give you exactly the same result as actually getting that FPS without it, but should be a pretty reasonable approximation.
