Basically you use the kick anim that already exists.
You can kick opponent in the crotch and stun him for say 15 seconds, he lays down like playdead. And you use (oh!) for the effect.

An alternate suggestion would be to make the medics needle to dispense tranquilizer on enemies.

Why would you want to tranq them when you can stab them in the back for an instant kill, and if you are not behind them when you go to poke them, they are shooting at you, and you will be dead soon anyways...
