spawn times

hi, first up wanted to say how good the banimods are - breaths new life into RTCW.

i've only just started playing them and pretty much suck at the moment (except occasionally) but the spawn times seem to be excessive. i've noticed numerous other complaining during play so thought i'd bring it up.
