It hasn't done it all day, since the AM.
But I would like to request that Gold thing for when people kill scouts.. It'll be pretty funny, and somewhat usefull.

Bani, it's back again. I made another demo, But Tripod wont let me put it up.

It took me about 10 seconds to get to the gold, and Leet couldn't pick it up either, and he was alive for a while. We lost about 4 or 5 gold.

Problem still appears to be there. I played tonight and in one game I couldn't pickup three bars of gold.

I've found that gold almost never works if you are being raped at your spawn (i.e. getting shot 2 or 3 times as soon as you leave the spawn hut). Once the enemy does make the kill, the gold can not be picked up.
Also, just a thought: maybe that teamkilling message has something to do with the buggy gold  could it be registering kills as teamkills? i dont know, just a thought, im probably way off

Just an observation as I saw this happen tonight and the the "gold bug" only occured in the situations described below.
e.g. Player 1 wants to give player 2 his gold so that player 2 can increase his points when cashing at a flagpole. Player 1 can has two options, either use the /Kill command or throw a grenade, stand on it and gib himself.
1. If player 1 uses /Kill there is no problem.
2. If player 1 gibbed himself, the gold appeared and was picked up by player 2 and then player 1 was revived by a medic then there was no problem.
3. If player 1 gibbed himself, the gold appeared and then player 1 was revived by a medic before the gold was picked up by player 2 then the gold could not be picked up by anyone on the same team. Not sure if anyof the opponents could have picked up gold in this situation as there weren't any close enough to try.
