oke i think its a good idea if medic and luets can refil ammo / healt storages they will get xp for refilling like normal when they give it to some this could slove the prob if you need health its empty

yep i know you running out of healt or ammo you think lets go to the cabbinets nad thay empty :?

so it would be ahndy if leuts or medics could refill them

Refilling the supply cabinets is a fun idea. I would love it because whenever I am a Medic or a Field Op people run away from me and I cannot heal them. People will run right past you on their way to heal or stock up. It frustrates me.

i think alot run to the cabinets so that you don't get the xp... selfish people

And this will prevent them from doing so. Of course, you could also be very mean and stop the cabinets from refilling... Of course, many people will look at this and complain, "This makes Medics even more powerful whine whine cry." Shut up.

to ballance it they could get 1 xp for giving the cabinet the ammo/health pack and then they get 1xp for when a soldier picks up their pack. The game could recognise it as
Game ammo/medpacks
First person to give ammo/medpacks
Second Person to give ammo/medpacks
...
Last person to give ammo/medpacks

then when it gives it to the people it goes in reverse order... last to first

but how would that work if like you fill it almost to full thne i add i pack ? would i all conut for me then cazi think that a litle bit diffycult code-ing

let's say there were 4 packs remaining in the cabinet before i put ten on it... then you came and added 1. The first person to come up would get your 1 first then start drawing my 10 till that's gone, then finially draw the 4 from the cabinet.

IMO I think it would be a better idea (and much easier to code) if you JUST got XP for filling the cabinet. I mean, there's no work involved in standing in front of a cabinet and constantly filling. Plus, the game has to NOT give you XP if an enemy soldier picks it up..

I think this is a good idea, but maybe just give 1xp for each pack donated to the cabinet, instead of 1+1 for the pickup.

well i think only filling xp would be enough indead i mean why all the diffycult stuff :wink:

i was just figuring it'd be extra incentive to actually fill the cabinets instead of just laying a bunch of med pacs infront of the spawn... Which is not really the best idea since when you leave the spawn your at full health...

The "extra incentive" that the user would receive from filling the med/ammo cabinets:

1) As opposed to spamming the spawn with packs, you get your XP instantaneously. (This could lead to a new kind of XP whoring tho.. A medic could theoretically receive XP by healing himself with his own medpacks, for example.)

2) The packs won't dissapear after a set period of time.

Just some thoughts. From a gameplay point of view, perhaps the best idea would be to ONLY gain XP when somebody picks up your med/ammo pack from the cabinets. However, I would assume that this would be much more difficult to script.
