The Venom is like the old chain gun from RtCW, except it had a charge up time, carries like, 500 bullets or so, and will kill anybody in front of you. The walk/run spread isn't as much as the mobile MG42 I believe. You could easily kill somebody across the room with the Venom, but I find it hard to kill somebody in front of you while running with the MG42. Oh well.
