ETTV is a fucking good idea

Post by Crimy »

gogogo ! :D

from my experience, as soon as people can watch game and tournament from their homes, the game is widely more spread and known in the world.

Look Halflife with HLTV and Quake with GTV and WolfTV for RTCW.

Having this kind of technology is a MUST for a game :)

I hope this will be availble a soon as possible :)

I was asking that because one day 1 guy created a UTV (for UT2003) but it was only on windows and therefore i could not find any windows machine that have big internet pipes among my contacts to build a nice TV network just like HLTV or GTV

my guess would be no, most people who host gaming servers do so on a linux/winblows client...
and mods (et-tv would be a type of layering mod) aren't usually done for mac... i could be wrong (this is where duke comes in)

Sorry for replying to an old thread but... surely WolfTV could be modified to work for ET. Im not a programmer, so please don't flame me, but surely that seems logical?

it would need ALOT of modding, probably easier to get something designed for MSWorks to work with MSWord
