cvar restrictions

I dont suppose anyone figured out what the nvidia fiddle was that's equivalent to r_clamptoedge on radeons?

I have a radeon btw, wanting to see wether the nvidia one is restrictable, and if not consider wether to allow the radeon one for balance.
