ET Pro 3.0.7 testbugfix released
The test bugfix release version 3.0.7 is now available.
The next full release version of etpro will be 3.1.0, following the new version numbering system
Please test it and post your feedback (good or bad) in this thread.
The big things we need tested are b_optimizeprediction and b_fallingbugfix. Optimized prediction should really help fps, and b_fallingbugfix should fix all map falling death bugs.

Do server admins need to set them to 1?

yes server side
no they are default to 1 so you only need to set em if oyu want em 0

i like the sound of these changesb_optimizeprediction (default 1, enabled) arqon's optimized prediction for increased fps, especially on high ping connections
antiwarp effects now distinctly drawn on lagometer

Hallo,
just extracted to a different dictory and moved the contents into the etpro directory. (and removed the old etpro-3.0.1.pk3).
Now i get the following message, when i enter the server:
Edit: Sorry, i realised my mistake. I forgot to copy the qagame.mp.i386.so file.

uhh,
i also have that high intermission pings. But only in intermission, so it doesn't interfere the gameplay atm. It seems, not every player has a high ping. Only 6 of 8 players.

Upgraded our server from 3.0.1 to testbugfix 3.0.7.
The new antilag code is way better then the old one and my fps actually increased a lot. Gameplay is smoother.
found a bug in the soldier class: I had 4 star soldier in the beginning of the campaign and swapped again to the soldier class at the end of the campaign, but could only choose akimbo's, no smg.
and the riflenades: one side got 8 nades and the other one 4. (don't know if that's on purpose, I don't play alot with riflenades).

1) There seems to be a speedhax bug in ETPro. You have to have
pmove_fixed 1 and com_maxfps 333. If your computer can run some map as 333 fps, you will be "awarded" with double firerate, double medipack taking, double running. This problem with pmove_fixed 1 has been there since etpro 3.0.0 (when pmove_fixed came), but the thing is, you started to reach fps 333 finally on the new version (good work, that fps increases). I talked to bani about this, and he told they might limit fps 333.

2) Stamina bar, change your com_maxfps 76 , com_maxfps 333 , com_maxfps 76, and your staminabar goes wicked!

can you try it with full stamina bar, or does it only happen when empty?

Doesn't mention which number corresponds to Covert skill.// b_defaultskills - new players start with these skill levels in each

Can't believe I missed that one all along... ( I assume covert is the last one )
