Hi,

Just installed, works nice. No visible problems yet. Shuffle without restart is a good thing. We already used that one on our shrub servers.

btw. Is there a possibility of having something like "line breaks" (in qsay / cp) in future versions ? Maybe as ASCII-Char?

there is one little problem in etpro 3.0.x...
when is cg_draw2d 0, you can still see crosshair, when use binoculars zoom - black corners and black crosshair, when use sniper guns - black corners and black crosshairs again.

it wasn't in etmain, why is it here?

could someone please explain the b_fixedphysics and b_fixedphysicsfps a bit more to me, didn't quite get what it does from the releasenotes page.

jUmp3r about your question i think they did it to make sure people will not exploit it for example by making a toggle which toggles draw2d and also toggles binocs on/off. so like if you press X you go into binocs and draw2d goes 0 and when you press it again binocs off and draw2d on.

because it can be used as a cheat otherwise.

if you want total removal of the overlay, server must be set to sv_cheats 1, or you must be in demo playback.

b_fixedphysics 0 (default)
Completely framerate dependent, exactly like etmain and older etpro.

b_fixedphysics 1
Completely framerate independent, but gives you a boost in jump velocity so you get a decent jump height.
b_fixedphysicsfps controls the boost you get -- 125 (default) gives you the height you'd have using framerate dependent physics with 125fps.

It is recommended that you don't use pmove_fixed with this setting, since it won't improve anything, and there are some bugs with it still (not related to b_fixedphysics, though)

b_fixedphysics 2
Leaves physics framerate dependent, but only up to 166fps - If you get above 166fps, you'll only jump as high as you would have with 166fps.

Note that both of the b_fixedphysics* options are server-side.

oops
i tested one thing, and there's problem again :?
when you use +set sv_cheats 1 (in desktop shortcut) and +devmap radar or ingame /devmap radar, the map is loading, loading, and loading again...? is this bad settings, or what?

sry for poor english language

Sounds like a stock ET bug.
Load the map first with /map and then with /devmap

both b_fixedphysics and b_fixedphysicsfps are server side cvars, and dont require a client setting?

nice fix with the spectator spawntime issue

Shuffle without restart is a nice thing, we only had a weird situation with it in shrubmod :

On radar the allies stole the objectives and an admin did a shuffle without restart. The result was, that the objects were completely gone so allies couldn't win this map :).

I don't know if someone tested it in ETPro, just wanted to add this experience to the community :D
