how can i make my server run on bani

i need some help to make a server run on bani cuz i have no frakin clue

1. do you have access to command line? (if you're renting do you start the server, or do you just restart, if you start, how do you start it? that's the command line)
2. which wolf version are you running? 1.41, 1.33, 1.0, demo?
3. which banimod version are you running? 1.00, 1.1.99?
