A) Is this possible?
B) how do i do it?
Yes, i'm setting up a server, its for a LAN Party that happens here in Australia every month for approx 500+ ppl, so i want this server to be robust, and possibly run NoXP reset, or have it on another server..

A) You can't
B) No way.
Use shrub, if you really want to have NO-XP reset.

Instead of no XP reset, consider just giving everyone l4 in all classes.
It has nearly the same effect, and can at least pretend to be remotely fair.

neh that cuts out the felling of earning it yourself
besides if u have no xp reset ppl are encourged to stay on your server so they wont loose thier XP
