How to report client crashes

Some of you are submitting drwtsn32.log (Dr. Watson) crash logs.

For etpro crashes, please use Dr. Mingw instead. The crash dump logs from Dr. Watson don't provide the information we need to debug client crashes.

You can download a local copy of drmingw.exe here.

you need to install drmingw as the default application debugger, by typing
