demos ETTV

Hi
I want to create a ETTV server that replay a etpro demo. I want that WETTV server so that my clanmates can connect to it.
I have no idea about how can I do this. I think I need 2 servers: one to play demo, and another, the broadcast or slave server, where guys can connect to watch.
The master server could be my computer, where I load the etpro demo. The broadcast server would be one with lot of upload bandwidth.
But I have no idea about creating a master server in my computer. I have downloaded ettv.exe and ettv.x86, but I dont know what file must I run and how.

Any idea would be helpful

You just need one server to replay ettv demos. See this http://wolfwiki.anime.net/index.php/ETT ... ETTV_demos for a description of how to do it.

Note that you cannot play back normal client demos with ETTV.

When I try to connect the slave server to master, I got this error:

12686 files in pk3 files
Need paks: etpro/etpro-3_2_4.pk3 (local file exists with wrong checksum)

Missing paks: etpro/etpro-3_2_4.pk3 (local file exists with wrong checksum)

I dont know why, as I have that pk3 in my slave etpro folder.

I have searched in this forum and found a post saying to add '+set fs_game etpro' to my command line... But then, I got this error:

fs_game is write protected

My command line is:
...\ET\ettv.exe tv connect IP:port ETTV_password Master_password

with fs_game:
..\ET\ettv.exe +fs_game etpro tv connect 82.192.80.130:27940 fhtv banana

Any suggest?

As I said before, you don't need a slave for ettv demo playback. Your viewers can connect directly to the machine that is playing the demo.

And what folder should I place the .tv_84 file? At root/demos? or at root/etpro/demos?

One last thing... Is it possible to record a ETTV demo not shoutcaster?
I mean: as a normal espect, with one team speclock. I want these demos to watch with my clan. But I think rival teams wont let us to have a shoutcaster

Is it possible to control (rcon) the ETTV demo playback as u do with the etpro demos? (speed, timers, tags, etc)
And is it possible that demos only follow a player and not giving demo espcts the oportunity of chosing player/freecam?

No. Just about the only thing you can do is fast forward or restart.
